Complying with the Act 34/2002 of 11th June regarding Company Services for Information and Electronic Commerce, and GDPR we would inform you that SURVEY SPAIN, S.L., domiciled at SUN PARK URB. 4-4 IZQ, CAMINO LA RESINERA 74, 29680 – ESTEPONA, (MÁLAGA) and inscription number CIF B92511484 in the Registry Mercantil Málaga, Volume 3481, Book 2393, folio 120, on page MA-68237, is the title owner of this website.

According to the provisions of the Spanish Statutory Law 15/1999 regarding Personal Data Protection, in the event that an e-mail is sent to us, or that a data collection form is filled in, we would inform you that the personal data given to us will be registered in a file for which SURVEY SPAIN, S.L. is responsible. The purpose of this is to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a commercial relationship.

For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), SURVEY SPAIN, S.L. declares that it has adopted all the necessary and relevant security measures as established in the Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21st December, by which the Regulatory Decree implementing the LOPD [Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos – Spanish Personal Data Protection Act] was approved, and that it has established all technical methods within its means to avoid the loss, wrongful use, alteration, non-authorised access or theft of the data you may supply.

What we do with your data:

If you complete our ‘Contact Us’ form, you are not obliged to enter any/all fields. The information you provide is to enable us to reply to your building survey and/or valuation enquiry. We will only use your personal data for the purposes you have permitted. We will not share it for marketing purposes outside of Survey Spain unless you have given us permission to do so.

Retention Period.

We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

If you instruct us to undertake a building survey and/or valuation report, we are obliged by the tax authorities to have a name, address and identity no. (Spanish NIE or any nationality passport) for the invoice.  It is compulsory for us to keep these records for the tax authorities for 6 years.
